# Our explainer video for YolpMe

It’s “employ” spelt backwards. YolpMe is a social recruitment website, where you can earn cash by connecting your friends and networks with jobs.

It’s all about harnessing the power of peer-to-peer referrals. A job gets listed, along with a cash incentive. You then reach out to your friends, encouraging them to apply - and, if they land the job, you get the cash reward!

The creators say it makes sense when you consider that 36% of people are placed in jobs through referral, while 54% of job seekers use social networks to search for jobs.

Parts of this video were shown on Channel Ten’s “The Project”. The show described it as potentially being the “new frontier” of recruitment.

This explainer video demonstrates how we can tailor our style to match your branding. We carried through the black, white and red that distinguishes the YolpMe brand.
