Procreate 4 released for iOS 11 with several performance improvements

Digital painting app Procreate has unveiled a major update to coincide with the release of iOS 11. It is the iPad app’s “biggest release ever” and will “truly improve the Procreate experience,” according to the company.

“Artists will pick up Procreate 4 and find everything is way faster, tools are easier to find and access, and the interface is much more polished,” said a Procreate press release.

The app is now powered by the Silica M painting engine for new effects and possibilities, such as making your existing brushes feel more dynamic and responsive.

An article on Bright Side lists the most absurd animation examples ever, featuring stills from the Simpsons, Tom and Jerry, Spongebob Squarepants, and the Flintstones.
